It will be constructed in our climate-controlled  manufacturing facility, delivered to your site and installed. This process can produce office complexes, retail stores, long-term care facilities, seniors living, mini-malls, storage facilities, medical offices and residential housing.

We manufacture standard and custom modular units to meet the purpose. We have sample floor plans for you to choose from or we would be delighted to custom design it. We can assist with your choices of materials and finishes while working within your budget. All aspects of the design and build will be reviewed with you for approval before we begin the production of your building.
